They answered my many questions. There was a backorder from the supplier and as soon as the panels were available they were out the next morning to install. The install was sooner than others quoted me at the sales call. They even ran to Home depot to match my stucco, roof tile and siding paint so the conduits blend in. They even replaced a previously broken tile not in the install area. I am very happy.

Its very interesting that you can still find companies who do honest work and are customer oriented. I am very pleased with the work Imperial Solar has done for me. But most importantly I am impressed with the level of communication and empathy shown by the executive team towards their customers. Although it did take 3 months for our project to be completed but most of it fault falls on the utility and the city's hands.

After much search trying to find a qualified solar installer in the valley, I stumbled upon Imperial Solar's customers reviews. Needless to say once I read some of what the customers had to say, I wanted to get a quote from them. Upon calling I was greeted by a very pleasing and polite receptionist and since I already had my annual usage I provided it to them in which in return the design team had a proposal ready for me the following day. An appointment was made and an energy consultant came to see me. He was very knowledgeable about solar and the system design. I was very impressed with the presentation and the proposal, including the price. I signed the agreement the same day and after 3 weeks my system was completed. Everything went according to the project timeline and I am absolutely delighted with the whole project.

They provided me with the absolute best quote, They provide me the exact American solar panels I wanted install and did an amazing job installing it. I also wanted an electric charge for my vehicle and they installed that too. Most impressive was the level of customer service. I am very happy with everything.
