Description of Work: Our Exchange Email server stopped working in the office. Arik from IIS came out within 1 day to take a look. He fixed the problem on the Windows 2003 SBS server and that got exchange and outlook working again. Email was finally arriving after a couple of hours. This saved our business thousands of dollars!
