Windows were replaced on time. The entire process from sales, installation and service went smoothly. However, it needed some minor follow up work on the existing wooden window frames. It has been communicated that it will be taken care of within the next few days.

Everyone we dealt with at Frontier was professional and nice to work with -- the woman in the showroom, our salesman, and the guys who came to do the installation. All appointments were met on time, the result was what we wanted, and the price that they quoted at the beginning was the price we paid at the end. None of the "well, this will cost a little more" nonsense. We went with Milgard's Tuscany line, and between Milgard's products (which are made right here in California!) and Frontier's policies, basically everything is under lifetime warranty. I collected a few bids, and Frontier was not the lowest, but we're very glad we chose them, and would do so again.

Both times I used them I was more than satisfied. All installs were completed quickly and on time both times I used them. I find the quality of the fit and finish they do to existing home window replacements (like mine) to be perfect. I do not always refer contractors or handymen to family or friends for fear of them doing a bad job but I constantly refer Frontier Windows & Doors because I can personally vouch for their work with full confidence.
