 + -1 moreWindows were replaced on time. The entire process from sales, installation and service went smoothly. However, it needed some minor follow up work on the existing wooden window frames. It has been communicated that it will be taken care of within the next few days.

 + -1 moreEveryone we dealt with at Frontier was professional and nice to work with -- the woman in the showroom, our salesman, and the guys who came to do the installation. All appointments were met on time, the result was what we wanted, and the price that they quoted at the beginning was the price we paid at the end. None of the "well, this will cost a little more" nonsense. We went with Milgard's Tuscany line, and between Milgard's products (which are made right here in California!) and Frontier's policies, basically everything is under lifetime warranty. I collected a few bids, and Frontier was not the lowest, but we're very glad we chose them, and would do so again.

 + -1 moreBoth times I used them I was more than satisfied. All installs were completed quickly and on time both times I used them. I find the quality of the fit and finish they do to existing home window replacements (like mine) to be perfect. I do not always refer contractors or handymen to family or friends for fear of them doing a bad job but I constantly refer Frontier Windows & Doors because I can personally vouch for their work with full confidence.
Description of Work: I needed to replace 18 windows in two separate houses.

Description of Work: Replaced 4 windows (2 bedroom 2 living room) with triple pane windows. They had to remove and reinstall security bars and alarm system. Love the windows. Quality gets a B because the workers forgot to attach a bolt on one of our security bars. Puctuality gets a C because when they were supposed to come out to measure the windows, we were provided a time frame and the guy was late. He got a B because he called to let us know that he was running behind schedule during the later part of the timeframe provided. We were able to get the price that we wanted which is why we ultimately chose this vendor. Otherwise of all the vendors we interviewed frontier and Approved Contractor were our top choices. |
