He always does a great job.  He is very knowledgeable, informative, straight forward and reliable.  He is always available to answer questions over the phone or to come out if necessary if a problem arises. I will definitely continue to work with him.

He deals with whatever problems I have. He sprays a general pest control for ants, roaches and spiders which has kept those problems very well under control. He checks the entire yard for any evidence of gophers or ground squirrels, and treats it if I have any problem with that. He will charge me extra for that of course but he checks regularly without charging anything extra. He is a very knowledgeable professional. We can call him any time we have a problem. I think he really has a lot of scientific background, and he is very ecologically tuned in to the environment to be as effective as possible and to minimize any kind of negative impact on the environment as much as possible. He is very good. He is reliable and a very excellent resource for understanding various types of pest problems and how to reduce the risk and how to manage it in an ecologically compatible way and yet, be very effective. I would recommend him. I think they are reasonable. I use him regularly.

THEY WERE GREAT. I WAS VERY PLEASED. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND THEY PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE PROBABLY A LITTLE EXPENSIVE WHICH IS WHY I GAVE THEM A "B". THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME.
