I had 2 plumbers come to install the fixtures. Both were recommended by my building manager. Neither one had any idea what to do. They even said I was missing parts and that I would have to buy them from a retailer that they suggested. I called the business I had purchased the fixtures from and they gave me the name and number of the plumber they use. The man showed up on time and proceeded to install the fixtures and it took all of 30 minutes. I did not have to spend more money on parts that I didn't need. My shower fixtures are working perfectly.
