EXCLUSIVE AUTO

The car was ready exactly when they said it would be. They could have charged additional for certain parts but suggested that I just wait for now. That was impressive. I really like that I feel that I can completely trust Exclusive Auto. One thing that impressed me after I got home is that I usually have to wipe down my steering wheel and gear shift and pedals from all the grease and I did that today, but.... voila... already clean. They run a clean operation. Wow. I'm so glad I found them on Angie's list. Thank you.

I have been taking my older model cars to Exclusive Auto for service and fixing for years now. They are great and provide great service. They are 100% reliable and responsible. I recommend Exclusive Auto to anybody that needs their cars serviced or repaired.

Took the car in for a check over.  Fixed what was needed.  Got my car that afternoon.

What stands out the most about them is that, they don’t stop until they get the job done right.  I can count on them; they are honest.  They give a fair price on everything.  They have always done what they said they would do and I have never been dissatisfied with their service.  They really take good care of their customers.  What I really like is, I feel comfortable taking my car in knowing that the job is going to be done right and knowing that I am not going to be ripped off.  I have been using them for ten years and I have had an excellent experience.

When you drop off your car they will take you home and pick you up when the car is ready.  We have been taking our cars there for about 20 years.  They are very competent in their work.  We have always been satisfied but if there is any problems they quickly resolve it.  They are reliable.

They always get the repairs done on time and only fix what needs to be fixed.

They found the problem and they also performed the service at a reasonable price. They were very friendly and knowledgable.

My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon.  Had it towed to Exclusive Auto.  While they couldn't look at it til Monday, they locked my car in their service bay so it was nice and safe over the weekend.

They drove me home in their very clean Shuttle van.

They determined the problem on Monday -- and I got it back all repairs done (and they even replaced my burned out brake light for free!) on Tuesday,  (Came and picked me up at home and drove me to the shop.)

Car runs great!  Great customer experience!

They are very accessible. They always keep me informed on what needs to be done. They keep wonderful track records on the car. I never had to worry or remember to do things. They keep me updated on all the repairs. They made owning this car a wonderful experience. They pick me up and drop me when I bring my car in.

THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SKILLS, THE JOB TOOK SLIGHTLY LONGER THEN EXPECTED; HOWEVER I WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.
