Garage Door Service
EVEN THOUGH WE WERE GIVEN A TWO-HOUR WINDOW IN WHICH THE REPAIR-PERSON WAS TO APPEAR, HE WAS LATE TO OUR HOUSE. I CALLED THE COMPANY OFFICE, BUT WAS TOLD THE REPAIRMAN 'DIDN'T HAVE HIS CELL PHONE TODAY' AND, THEREFORE, WAS UNREACHABLE. NOT A GOOD START. HOWEVER, ONCE HE DID ARRIVE, HE QUICKLY DETERMINED THAT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR-OPENER MOTOR, BUT SIMPLY THAT THE INFRARED BEAMS WERE MISALIGNED. THIS SIMPLE SOLUTION KEPT THE REPAIR INEXPENSIVE -- FRANKLY, I WAS PREPARED TO BELIEVE ANYTHING HE TOLD ME REGARDING REPAIRS AT THAT POINT. THE REPAIRMAN WAS INCREDIBLY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE WHOLE JOB TOOK TEN MINUTES!
