They were very accommodating especially at this time of the pandemic, they have been there for the longest time,

I was referred to DeYoungs by my previous mechanic who retired. Initially I was happy with them. I thought I was getting the same mechanic working on my car, not so. You get whoever is in the queue. They don't keep track of what they work on. Then slowly but surely my car started to deteriorate. The clutch blew out, they had the car for over a week. They never called to give statuses and when I called clearly I was bothering them. Got the car back six months later the car had a major oil leak. They had the car for over a week again, no phone calls and don't bother us. They had to replace the timing belt as well as several other belts as the car leaked oil over everything. In addition, supposedly they did the seals, etc. The bill was around $1,700. I don't believe they made the problems up but they created problems do to shoddy work. A week after I got the car back it started leaking oil again, it was a tiny leak maybe a drop or so every few days, so I waited till it was due for an oil change. Brought it in, "we can't find anything". Next oil change still leaking...Its in your rear main seal another $1,000. I'm sorry why didn't you take care of this when you had the engine apart, not once but twice. Took it to another mechanic who came highly recommended by folks that have gone to him for 20 plus years. Apparently DeYoungs put the timing belt on to tight and the car was leaking in a bunch of places they supposedly fixed. In addition, they ignored my asking them to check the balance on my tires and now the tires are completely bald on the inside since the car is out of alignment, Feel free to take your car here if you want a new one. I am beyond disappointed I am heartbroken. I love my car and its going to cost me another $3,400 to undo what they had done. My car is a Honda and only has 99,000 miles on it. In addition, it has had an oil change every three months since the day I bought it. It is not the cars fault.

They seem to be nice. They do an all right job. They are pretty good. I go there every once in awhile to get my car taken care of.  They are always very pleasant when you go in there. They have a little waiting room. You can sit and read the magazine while waiting for you car. They’ll drive me home when I have to leave my car. They help me with things like that. The little things like that make it easier sometimes.

I go there on a regular basis. They are very efficient, always finish in a quickly manner, and if you have to leave your car, they will take you home. They will even pick you up for no charge if you are without a vehicle.

I ALSO CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY AAA MEMBERSHIP AND THE TOW TRUCK OPERATIVE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND COMPETENT :)
