We had told Alex that we were going to be having overnight company in several weeks and we would like the fans (and maybe the lighting) to be installed before they came if that would be possible.  He had come the day we called to look over the job, and then came the very first weekend after that to install the fans because he said he "knew we wanted them in the bathrooms for our guests."  Likewise, he did the work on installing the lighting right away for the same reason.  He was very nice anbout this and we didn't push him; he "volunteered."
First, for both jobs, he laid down dropcloths and paper over our rugs and hallway where the crew would be working and walking.  Then plastic sheeting was draped in front of our counter and sink, and in front of two doorways from the kitchen that have no doors, before the work was done.  The crew were very nice, but hard working and knew their jobs well.  They were quiet, not loud.  The work was done cleanly, efficiently and professionally.
After finishing the installations, they cleaned up very thoroughly.  
We were extremely pleased by the work and the result.  But after the job was finished, Alex noticed that the recessed lighting in our living room, installed before we bought the house, had black "cans" while those he had installed were white.  So he went to his truck, brought in white ones, and installed them for free (with our permission).  The new cans made a big difference in our livingroom ceiling, which is white.  
Alex is an extremely nice man and a good worker.  Victoria, his secretary, is a good communicator.
If we have any electrical work to be done in the future, Alex definitely will get the job.  We already have recommended him to several friends.
