+ -1 moreAwful. In some ways our rental property is worse than before. They painted over electrical outlets and refused to replace them. They did not fix the shower door or medicine cabinet as promised (see pics). They did not install kitchen cabinets and kept telling us they were on order. They lost other closet cabinet doors we provided for installation and refused to replace them. They cut a window frame to replace a window in the bathroom and left it unfinished. They didn't paint some areas they said they would paint. Some of the blinds they installed don't even work! They replaced an attic door, which doesn't open because it was cut crooked. We were told to take this like men. They promised the job would take 2 weeks, and after 7 weeks the job is still incomplete and they refuse to return to finish. They said we're not sending a handyman down from the valley just to fix those things. This has been one the worst companies we've done business with.
