They were honest, clean, and smart. I could talk with them and I knew they were listening, more importantly they understood. Even more importantly, they could add to whatever it was I was trying to do and give me suggestions that were within budget and accomplished what I wanted, or at the least something to think about, and they were as pleasant to be around as they were smart.
