+ -1 moreWe have had great service from Cimarron Signs. When we call, they respond within a few hours (if a call back is requested) and when we email requests, we also get an acknowledgment within an hour or two. When signs, installs and/or removals are delayed, we have received either a call or email explaining the issue. I received a banner today that was a personal event request for my sons Graduation & Birthday and the banner looks AMAZING and was completed well within the requested timeframe. I am sure as with any company there will be errors on both the sign company and the consumer’s part; and in dealing with multiple sign companies in my last 11 years, Cimarron Signs has met or exceeded our expectations as well as been courteous and efficient.
Description of Work: I work for a commercial real estate office in Los Angeles, CA. We have used Cimarron Sign Co since 2005 for the production, installation and removal of all of our signs and banners. More than one location within our corporation utilizes Cimarron's services as well. Our individual location generates between 15-25 (approx) installations, removals, maintenance, or production requests per month.They have produced "general" banners as well as speciality banners without any problem. Cimarron also maintains inventory for our general sign that we use on a daily basis.
