Signs
We have had great service from Cimarron Signs. When we call, they respond within a few hours (if a call back is requested) and when we email requests, we also get an acknowledgment within an hour or two. When signs, installs and/or removals are delayed, we have received either a call or email explaining the issue. I received a banner today that was a personal event request for my sons Graduation & Birthday and the banner looks AMAZING and was completed well within the requested timeframe. I am sure as with any company there will be errors on both the sign company and the consumer’s part; and in dealing with multiple sign companies in my last 11 years, Cimarron Signs has met or exceeded our expectations as well as been courteous and efficient.
