The lock on the door from the kitchen to the garage was stuck. It was difficult to move the handle and the part that is supposed to slide into the opening on the door frame didn't work automatically when the door was being closed.
Chanson responded promptly and was flexible about setting up a time for us. Ari, the locksmith, arrived promptly and immediately knew what the problem was. He had the necessary part on his truck and quickly and efficiently fixed the lock. He checked the other lock on the door as well.
The total price was $125. I think it was $45 just for coming, $35 for labor, and $45 for the part. It seemed expensive to me but well worth the excellent, convenient service.
