He used caustic substance on the fixtures in the bathroom that took the finish off, he brought an assistant and told them to paint and they did the worst painting job I've ever seen, he was supposed to come back and finish the work and he never came back, and he stopped answering my calls.

Mr. Bi worked for about six hours. He had to remove the base tracks from two sets of sliding closet doors, then cut and lay laminate, install molding, then reinstall closet doors, then cut and install three thresholds. Nice job. But had to fix the nailing on a couple of the thresholds because nail heads protruded or were broken off. Mr. Bi cheerfully fixed this next day.

Contractor failed to remove baseboard (molding) prior to installing flooring. He added additional molding strip -- now there are two, on top of the other. The laminate was cut to fit INSIDE the existing molding!! Rather than to fit up against the wall.
