and our technician wasn't available for almost two weeks.
so we found aol heating and air online and they are close by so we called up and scheduled an appointment for the following week
the guys were nice and it took them about an hour to finish the job
it was a decent job and we will reccomend them to our friends.
we are satisfied with the service and transaction.
our ac stopped cooling and after couple of days stopped completely working besides a horrific fan noise.
we called our home warranty and they send us this technician that basically told us we need a new motor ours was "Burned"
and he was quick to ask for his 60$ fee.
I was a bit surprise by how fast the guy check it and wanted his payment he told us to call the office by the end of the day to get a quote for a new motor.
we actually called around 4:45 and we didn't really got a specific answer.
so we felt it really unprofessional the way this company operated
so me and my wife have asked around and one our friends referred us to AOL Heating and Air.
we asked if they can come the same day it was already around 6:40
they actually told us that they can make it but around 8:30 but we were so desperate to finish with it already
they didn't had it with them but we setup an appointment for 11:00 the following day the technician brought the part and 15 minutes later we had our system back on and working!
he also did a check up and notice we had a pretty old thermostat ,we consulted with the technician and he told about the NEST thermostat we were very excited we went and got one from BestBuy and it got installed and programed on the spot.
so now it looks great easy to operate and we can save some money.
we also got a good deal on maintenance package we were paying around 230$ every six months avi gave us an annual package for 160$.
so we are really happy with the work they done and highly recommend AOL heating and air.
