It was good but the price was high. He gave a very good report.
Carlos was very prompt when he came over to quote. I received quote later that evening.
The men came to install this morning. Very nice and friendly, put tarps on floor at entry way to come into house as it was raining. They were very mindful about keeping everything clean. The glass door was installed fast, looks great, I'm very happy. I will use them again in the future for glass or mirror. I highly recommend them.
The closet doors did not fit the bottom track/carpet spacing exactly so some mods had to be made. The installer took extra time to make it as close as possible - not their fault; just a typical retrofit issue on an older house with very cheap original doors that had way different (smaller) track sizes.
The exterior double pane replacement was fine as well - more expensive since it was a custom window, but a better quality piece that the one it replaced.
The pricing seemed very reasonable to me (meaning good value) given the installation inclusion. I am not an expert on door installs, but I am picky on the final product - these look great. The installers took the necessary time to do it right.
Unlike many services in the home, I have nothing to complain about or feel like I need to go back and "fix".
He came out the day we contacted Aladdin. He gave us an estimate very soon after.
The job was scheduled promptly too, the 2 people who came to do the work were very professional.
I did not shop for pricing, I felt comfortable accepting the estimate, in my opinion it seemed reasonable. It is a large old glass window so it was really labor intensive. The workers were 3 hours or a little over.
They cleaned up and moved all the furniture they had to move out of the way to complete the work, both the inside and outside were cleaned up so thoroughly you couldn't even tell someone had been working on glass.

We are very happy with the really nice shower enclosure. At first, we went to Loew's hoping to save time and money. Both were not possible as the least expensive door they had in stock would not fit properly in the area above the bathtub/shower. So we went to Aladdin and we are so glad we did.
Julio Gomez, the manager, showed us examples and helped us understand what was available. We chose the style, we set the date for measuring. When the area was measured, it turned out that the wall was not straight so the frame had to be custom made.
They were very busy (a good sign of a good company) so the installation would be at least a few weeks ahead. But Julio called after a week or so to say they could install sooner. He was very helpful and courteous and a pleasure to work with.
The installers did a fast and excellent job and we are very pleased that we went to a company who specializes in shower doors. Highly recommended.
