Dana was very easy to work with. We sat down several times and worked through the cabinet design, swapping ideas back and forth. The cabinets are gorgeous, and we're very pleased with the quality. Custom cabinetry is the way to go as Dana was able to make adjustments here and there to meet my particular needs. He created a wood counter as a built-in tabletop which is the highlight of the kitchen!

The installation went smoothly, they were very considerate with my request to change some details. They care about the finished product and take the time necessary to work out issues. His staff is professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. Dana helped me keep costs down.

It went so well that I added some additional cabinetry in adjoining areas of the house. He also built an enclosed wall niche, display cabinet. I like the functionality and quality of the work.

When I received the cabinets, they looked excellent and everything seemed satisfactory. Within two years, the finish was coming off. The WC owner told me they had had problems with my particular kind of finish. I asked them to refinish the cabinets since the time since purchase was so short. I removed the cabinet doors and took them to the WC shop where they were refinished. WC asked for $800 for the work. I told them to forget it as the problem was clearly defective manufacturing. Within a year or so, the finish was coming off again. Today, I'm faced with completely replacing the cabinets in order to have a presentable kitchen. I would never do business with Wood Cabinets again.
