WINDOW AND DOOR ALTERNATIVES

They were on time, friendly, and quick with their work. We paid extra to patch and texture around the windows where the wall had been cut down. We had to redo the mudding and texturing ourselves because it was sloppily done. The salesman recommended and installed glue chip for the bathrooms, which looked terrible when it arrived. At our request, they came back (weeks later) and replaced the glue chip with P516 for no additional charge. Overall it was difficult to tell what we were getting for the price in the contract because the salesman did not write every detail and pricing into the contract.

I love these windows, because they are double pane and they tilt in for easy cleaning. The heavy shades helps keep out the sun when it's hot and keeps it cooler inside. When they came to install them they took great care of my home and made sure everything was done right. They cleaned up the house before they left as well. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND CREATIVE IN PLANNING THE WINDOWS. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND CAREFUL OF MY POSSESSIONS AND LANDSCAPING. THERE WAS SOME COMMUNICATION DIFFICULTY (TIMELY RESPONSES) IN THE PLANNING STAGE.
