We were lucky to find the Wolff Group to sell our condo. The Wolff Group is not one realtor, it is a well oiled team, including Rod, Karen and their son Stephen. In addition, they have what I will call partners or resources, including an excellent photographer/ videoaographer, a skilled contractor and truly artistically gifted stagers. If one wants to sell their property, you can't go wrong with the Wolff Group.
We sold our Condo in a week and the sale closed in two days thanks to the incredible organization and teamwork of the Wolff group. The Condo sold for 21 K above the two other nearly identical condos that were on the market at the same time. Wow! We were surprised that the Title Company could clear title in two days, but due to Rod and Karen's close association with the Title company agent, it was done. Bam!
Now we're looking for another condo to buy, and naturally, we are going through Rod, Karen and Stephen.
