I contacted Nick Budetti for an estimate.  He came to the house exactly on time, did a really extensive walkthrough with me and explained exactly what would get done and when.  I had the estimate for the work that same evening, and they were able to start exactly when I needed it.  I got estimates from 6 contractors for the work and while Carpet Center was not the lowest, they were not much above the lowest. 
The work was done exactly the way Nick described it.  They were on time, professional, friendly and quick.  The floors turned out beautifully.  The repairs are invisible.
I'll be needing to refinish one last room at some point in the future and I will be going back to these guys for it.  I can no recommend them highly enough.
