+ 2 moreThe project went really well. I think all remodels are stressful...for us, the stress was more financial than worrying about the project--since Thomas did an amazing job of solving problems. We rarely heard about any issues along the way (unless we overheard them). He is a smart, creative guy so he was able to make decisions that avoided problems, and when issues came up, he was genius at solving them. Thomas and/or his main guy, Angel (who is great), was at our house just about every day--and they kept us informed about what was happening and when. When Thomas said he would do something, he did it--and the project was completed on time and on budget which is wonderful. Thomas is so good at so many things--it's pretty amazing...he did a BEAUTIFUL job! We feel extremely lucky to have found a contractor like Thomas.
Description of Work: TF Design gutted our kitchen, family room and laundry room. They redid our electrical system, plumbing, put in a whole new kitchen, new walls, floors, moved interior walls, etc. They started in June and Thomas said the work would take about 4 months--which it did. Thomas had very creative ideas about our space (which we implemented) and we were impressed with the time he spent with us. He is all about quality and is a perfectionist--which is a great quality in a contractor. Everything he did, we knew it would be done well and done right! We lived in our house during the remodel and he took care to tape off the construction zone for dust--and helped us set up a make-shift kitchen to make living there bearable.

+ -1 moreEXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THIS REMODEL. CREATIVE IDEAS/SOLUTIONS WERE PROVIDED FROM LIGHTING TO MATERIALS. EVERY EFFORT WAS MADE TO KEEP THE REMAINDER OF THE HOUSEHOLD CLEAN AND FREE FROM INTERFERENCE.
Description of Work: COMPLETE BATHROOM REMODEL. GUTTED THE ROOM, AND DESIGNED A NEW CONFIGURATION FOR MORE EFFECTIVE USE OF THE EXISTING FLOOR SPACE. MADE NECESSARY STRUCTURAL CHANGES TO ROOM TO ACCOMMODATE FUTURE HANDICAP USERS SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.
