The technicians were prompt, and professional. They gave me a flat rate which includes setting traps, and returning 3 times to check them.

Joe came on schedule. He did a very thorough job. I called them after two weeks wwe spotted some flees. Joe came back to respray. Joe was very courteous and did a professional job.

All the rats appear to be gone, and haven't come back, so success! A little bit of confusion at the end with scheduling, but all worked out in the end. All workers were pleasant and professional, they did a nice job.

The service was fine. The owner passed away, so we stopped using the service, and instead of going for a monthly service, we went with a larger company that could come in quarterly or annually. They were a little more expensive than the other company that we use.

They are really, really great. Since we've had them, we haven't had any ants or if we do get ants or whatever, they come out right away.  They are very good and very attentive. They give estimates for repairs.

They are very cooperative and punctual. They do pretty much everything that we require of them. We do not have to follow up with them. We trust the integrity of the company. Their fee is reasonable.

They show up and enter the house-spraying what is required--go outside and also spray around eaves, cleaning spider webs.  Once complete you lock up house and stay gone for about two hours.

My clients were buying a large home in Cupertino and we found evidence of rats in the attic. SOS came out and took care of it. A couple of trips, some traps, some clean up, and no more rats in the attic. Everyone involved was pleasant and professional.

We worked with Matt from SOS who was fantastic!  We had rats in our attic who were breeding and running around.  Matt went up in the attic to confirm and place initial traps.  He then evaluated the entire exterior, from ground level to roof to see where they were getting in, or could get in and showed us unusual places where he could identify footprints or other evidence of access.  Once we determined that it seem that all the rats had been trapped and removed (he didn't want to seal them in the attic with no escape) he then replaced damaged screens, installed new screens, repaired holes, and performed whatever work was needed to keep the rats out.    It has been 5 months and we have not had any further problems with rats on our property.

The company was easy to work with, and Matt always showed up as scheduled.  It was clear that Matt knew his business, from the best places to put traps to repairing our exterior.  Would definitely use again.

I think they are very honest, prompt, and reliable. They call and remind me when they are coming. They ask me if there is anything specific I want them to attend to. I have used them for years. They have not increased their rates over the years. They always come when they say they will come and I don’t have to be here when they come. They are good and I will continue to use them in the future.

I have a problem with ants. They are very professional. They showed up on time and they did a good job. They got rid of the ants for me and I don't have trouble with ants anymore. I would recommend them to other people. I have not needed them to come back yet either.

VERY PROMPT AND TIMELY IN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE WILLING TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY WHEN SPRAYING IN THE HOUSE WAS NOT GOOD THE DAY THEY CAME. CAME BACK A SECOND TIME WHEN ANTS REAPPEARED. CONCERNED WITH SAFETY ISSUES ABOUT SPRAYING WE HAD.
