I felt Shepard Service did a all-inclusive job. They had the know how to install the sink and I did not notice any mistakes. From beginning to the end of the job and all the staff people were respectful and courteous.

Great! Shepherd arrived when they said they would, checked out the old heater, and answered all my questions. When they installed the new water heater, they were quiet, quick, clean, and polite. The new heater works, and we're enjoying our hot water. As far as price, I don't know how they compare with other companies. I checked Angie's for a local company, called Shepherd and had them do the work. I'll give them an A on price because they were so sterling in the other areas I figure price can't be that far out of line.

One heater started leaking and after discussing the problem with Shepherds, they advised I buy a new heater and they would install it. They advised that the cost would be beneficial to me. I bought a heater at Orchard Supply and Shepherd installed it. After discussing the age and condition of the old heater, we decided that the heater in another apartment was the same age and might start leaking soon. The second one is in the second story and a leak would be devastatingly expensive, especially since there was no emergency water outlet. Thus, I bought another heater at Orchard Supply and delivered it to the second apartment, where Shepherd installed it the next day. The plumber also put a pan under each of the heaters and on the second one installed a pipe that will lead water to the outside of the building. He did confer with me before doing the extra work, including in both cases replacing old shut-off valves, water pipes, and gas lines.

He is extremely good. He services our furnace, & is professional & on time. He does excellent work. I would highly recommend him. He couldn't do any better for us.
