Required two visits to complete the work but the results are amazing. The carpet was damaged by a carpet cleaning company using a new chemical that contained bleach (as was later apparent by the characteristic loss of color and burn outline). I called Save-A-Rug late in the evening and their voice mail provided a 24/7 cell phone number. After speaking to Bruce (and confirming with Angel the next morning) we had an appointment for noon the next day. The first visit involved the removal of the residual bleach and the application of coloring. The followup visit was to touch up areas that continued to evidence bleaching since the carpet had been so thoroughly soaked in the offensive cleanser. It has been about a week now and the color is holding well. It's unclear as to whether it will hold up to future carpet cleaning. These folks are experienced, professional, and knowledgeable! Please note that we did NOT have the option of replacing the carpet.
Description of Work: Carpet repair - Dyed bleached area of carpet to match undamaged areas. Approximately 3 hours of work performed over 2 visits as anticipated.
