It was wonderful. We have never been unhappy. I like that they are friendly and helpful. They know who you are when you call. The place is immaculate. They have diagnosed things that others couldn't. We love them to death. We have used them for 35 years.

The problem was persistent but it looks like it's all right now. They are very good. I really like their shop. They were very professional and everybody is very courteous. They seem to know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them. I had no problems with them. The price was a little high.

They are very professional. The shop is extremely clean. They are very trustworthy. I feel comfortable as a woman who is there and no feeling that they will not ripped me off. My husband who knows a lot about cars is actually the one who uses them most but I've gone in there for several times and we've both just very satisfied with their service. They know what they are doing. Their price is probably a little expensive than some other places but I think you get better service instead of value and I trust them.

They do good work. They are knowledgeable, and they keep your car in shape. They don't pressure you to do other unnecessary stuff. They are honest and keep things in perspective.

I've used Renson for years, but recently took my Lexus to them for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained in detail how they concluded what the problem was since this light and the subsequent diagnostic test they ran could have been several things. They found a small vacuum leak from a valve that likely was bad and replaced it. They also reported my serpentine belt needed replacement and checked my brakes since I thought I might be due. Turns out just the brake fluid was low and no other problem was found, nor did they recommend replacing pads. What I like about Renson is their honesty and ability to explain in detail why something should or should not be done. The serpentine belt is one example. This had been reported before to me by the oil changer I use and also the dealer's service people at one point, so I knew they were not trying to create elective work like many mechanics do and address only that which needed to be done. They could have easily told me it was time to do a brake job when I reported they felt soft (they pads are getting bit low, probably have another 8 months,) but they said nah, no need to do it yet. I've come to trust Renson because I believe they always give me straight answers on what really needs to be done and having dealt with many mechanics over the years, I find that refreshing. Renson can be a bit higher on price with a labor rate slightly exceeding other mechanics I've used, but the trust factor is worth the extra dollars. They always do high quality work and on time.

Over a period of time, they have done a pretty good job for us and solved a bunch of problems with different cars. We will continue to use them in the future.
