Great job, came out once and told me exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Had to purchase and replace more boards than anticipated; he worked quickly in spite of it being a very hot day. Cleaned up and took away all the rotten boards.

Roger kept in constant contact with me on delays beyond his control in getting supplies. When the supplies were finally acquired, he and his crew completed the project very quickly. Very professional and great quality work at a great price! Would definitely hire again!

Very well. Roger came out to take a look and determined that the posts had rotted out and proposed adding a "sister" for each of the problem posts. He made a date to let me know when he could do the work - which was kept. He came out and did the work at the time he said he would. The price was actually lower than what I had been thinking based on some of the HOA paid work done recently.

The provider was prompt in returning my call. He was punctual for appt.  Very clear with inspection and recommendations.
He was very professional & curteous.   He was prompt for the appt. The work was completed quickly & competently.

He was able to come out the same day to my surprise. He was flexible in his time and repaired a couple small things which I just added last minute. He was nice, thorough and knowledgable. However, I was not aware he had a minimum hour charge and he charges for the time it took to drive to my property. I was happy he was able to perform the work so quickly when other contractors were giving me estimates of 2 or more weeks out.

Roger is very helpful for small jobs, the kind a spouse would do if you could get them to do them!  (No nagging required!!)

Good work quality, showed up on time, did the job as described, and left the work site clean. We would definitely call him again if we needed similar work done.

Highly recommend.  Took the time to make sure the doorbell was installed correctly (I had a previous one installed and it just went "D***"... incorrect install prevented it from chiming).  Very reasonable cost

Roger Barrett it's his company.  I thought he was a little pricey although as I remember the work was good. Nothing stands out, he was competent and he was on time.  He was courteous, he did good work.  I think he did some work in my house for me.

I had used Roger's services previously.  Because I was so pleased with his work, I called him again.  Prior to calling I had read the July, 2013, review which indicated that Roger had been in an accident.  When I called, he said that he was ready to work.  My first thought, "Roger's back!"  Was I happy!  He came out, sized up the job, and gave an estimate.  He cleaned out the old section and installed the new gate and fence.  Great job, just like the great job he had done for me before.  The wonderful thing is that when I asked whether I could watch and learn, he was very happy to let me.  And I did learn a few things.  Another thing:  people should know that there are not too many people who would do such small fence jobs.

You want a "handy" man?  Roger is tops.  After I called him for an estimate, he came out and quoted a reasonable price.  Before he gave me  an estimate, he started to tell me and show me how I could take care of a few items myself.  Roger is so full of valuable information and I soaked it all in.  After I accepted his price, he came out and did the caulking in the guest bathroom--tub and shower.  He did the kitchen caulking near the sink.  The master bathroom took the majority of his caulking time because it involved major redoing of the shower caulk, plus the tub and around the base of the commode.  After all this was done, the big job was left.  The sheeting over the core of my side door in the garage had separated from the core.  So he took the door off, took it to Southern Lumber, had a new door cut out with the proper dimensions, primed the top and bottom of the door, and installed it.  I would have had him paint it, but I am having my house's exterior painted, so it will be done then.
