The service is very professional and thorough. A married couple show up right on time and turn our 4BR 2.5B house (about 2500 sqf) spic and span in a little over two hours. They are priced very reasonably, in my opinion. It is worth every penny. I would highly recommend them.

Questionable accounting!

Extremely punctual, reliable, and trustworthy - we have been with this service for nearly 20 years and have in that time had 3 different crews (all great). They are very accommodating and flexible as our schedule sometimes requires periods of no cleaning, or cancellation of cleaning at short notice.

good dependable workers

I only had two bi-weekly services so far. The first one was okay. So I talked to Sophia. She was very courteous and accommodating. She sent a different team the second time and I was very pleased with their work. Sophia said they will be my regular crew. Usually, as times go on, the services get less and less satisfactory. So I am waiting to see if they will maintain their thorough work in the long term. If that's the case, then I will change my overall rating to 5 stars.

I hesitate to tell how great the couple that do my monthly cleaning are. It may cause them to be so busy that I will have difficulty getting their services. As the commercial goes they clean area's that other services ever think of or we ever expected. They are a pleasure to work with. It's a great day when I found their services.

I really appreciate the effort to agree on services and find a time for recurring service that worked with my schedule. Service has been consistent. I am very happy with the service and the level of professionalism, and responsiveness.

She was amazing! They called right away, set up an appointment and did a wonderful job.

Cleaners that come with this agency are good and hard working. However, the owner Sophia is not very professional and she doesn't handle the communication very well. I hired this group 3 times in 2 weeks for couple of projects with rental houses and they didn't know the concept of deep movein/moveout cleaning. They missed many obvious areas and when I tried to explain, the owner Sophia started getting very rude and she kept talking about a list that she never shared with me prior to them accepting my project. The owner doesn't know how to control herself and she started being very rude over the phone.

The service was excellent, however they did charge more than the agreed upon fee for the initial visit.

Cleaners showed up on time. Cecilia, Sophia's sister, was professional and respectful. We ordered a move out/in cleaning. Cecilia directed window cleaners right to the back windows and they got to work. Cleaners showed up and again, no slacking, right to work. Everyone was busy, including Cecilia. Finished product was excellent! Window's sparkled and everything inside was spotless. Even when asked to add a few extra things at the end, there was no balking. They were happy to do it. Very reasonable rates for their quality of work!!!

She does good work. We are very pleased with the work she does.
