Same gentleman , Greg, has sprayed my yard every 3 months for several years , . He is polite ,always lets me know when he arrives and is about to spray, always locks gates when he leaves, is always on time and they call week of service to remind you of pending service call. Best of all I no longer have an ant problem. They offer tree spraying services as part of service. Great company

Never a problem with service. We have pets and Greg lets me know before he begins service so we make sure they stay inside. I have had emergencies in the past when I could not be home for service and they reschedule at no additional charge. Highly recommend using Mrs. Bugfree service. Prior to Mrs. Bugfree we used Terminex and they were all about money for service and nothing about professionalism and customer service. Glad we found Mrs. Bugfree.
Description of Work: Mrs. Bugfree has been servicing our home over ten years. Greg is wonderful and we have not had bug problems for years. Recently we had a wasp nest in our shed and Gred took care of it for us no problem. Last year we had a problem with yellow jackets and he took care of that problem as well even though it was in between our scheduled service dates.

I mostly dealt with Steve. He came out an surveyed the damage, gave a written report, and told us what to expect. The fumigators came on time and completed the work on time. Other than having a slight odor of tear gas, everything was great when we re-occupied the home.
Description of Work: I called Mrs. Bugfree a couple of weeks before New Year's, and they called me back the following Monday. I described the ''salt and pepper''-like droppings that were coming from my ceiling, and they had me send a sample in. Two days later, they called and confirmed we had termites. Fortunately, Mrs. Bugfree was able to schedule our house to be tented by Driskell fumigators the following week, so we were able to get it taken care of before the New Year. (Unfortunately, despite make an appointment, PG&E was unable to re-connect the gas meter on our house, so were without heat for a few days, but that's a whole other story). So far, so good: the termites seem to be gone. The other unavoidable result from tenting is that some of the plants near the house died due to being under the tent, but this was explained to us beforehand.

I have used this company for thirteen years. They are an outstanding company and always do a great job. They are excellent to work with and are responsive to my needs. I would give them the highest rating possible. They also have very comparable prices.

The company had real good service. They had a quick response to my needs and had a nice low price. The people that did the work were also really nice. They came out and got the job done right the first time. They gave me no hassles in fact they did their service around my schedule.

MRS. BUGFREE, SENDS SOMEONE TO OUR HOME EVERY THREE MONTHS TO SPRAY FOR PESTS.. THEY SHOW UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND DO A GOOD JOB IN SPRAYING. THEY WILL COME BACK AND SPRAY IF ANTS APPEAR AROUND THE HOME.
