I have used Morita's twice now and both times have been very pleased.
Susan has a really good eye and is great at helping you select matting
and/or framing material to compliment your piece. The only drawback is
they are so busy the work generally takes about three weeks. But the
quality and professionalism are worth the wait. They are delightful to
deal with!

Good informed advice and help with sizing/style/color etc. 'Go the extra mile 'if needed- eg with secure packing etc. Friendly, efficient and professional service. The work takes some time to complete (2-3 weeks) and I cannot precisely compare price with other service providers as I have only used Morita, but the service is good so I am very happy to continue to use them for future framing projects.

They are very personable. The person who did the job worked with me and gave me the result that I wanted. It turned out to be perfect and gorgeous. I had painted in pastels so they were careful otherwise, it would have rubbed out. I cannot comment on the price, as I have never framed my art before. They have me the picture earlier than promised.

Overall my experience has been exceptionally fine. They have the largest selection of moldings in the valley. They are always helpful in selecting the appropriate mats and frame molding for the work of art brought in. They are always on time with the finished product. The value is in their professionalism and care for the work of art. Again I will say I will never use anyone else!!

The key words here are TRUST and CRAFTSMANSHIP. We had just spent a considerable amount of money on a painting and I wasn't about to leave it with just anyone. The artist provided us with a custom frame; we simply needed the painting mounted for hanging. The staff at Morita's were extremely professional, patiently listened to what I wanted done, told me upfront how much it would cost, and then wrote up my order and provided me with an estimated completion date. They completed the work a few days early. Upon pick-up, they showed me what they did, carefully re-wrapped the painting in protective paper, and advised me on the best way to hang it. The mount job is flawless - such precision and care, with the black paper covering the back of the canvas and the hanging wire perfectly attached.
