Mitchell's Chem-Dry

He felt bad that he couldn't get it out so, he didn't charge me. He seemed very pleasant and he got here on time.

He gave me an estimate over the phone and stayed right within his estimate. The total bill was $248.00 and I tipped him the $27.00 difference. Mitchell & his worker were here a good two hours and they were very prompt and professional while at my home. I'll never use another carpet cleaner again!

They showed up early, worked efficiently and left with the place looking great.

They came on time.  Cleaned carpet in under an hour. 
It took longer to dry than they said it would, but we had expected that and had planned accordingly. 
Overall, very pleased.

The rugs came out great, better than other carpet cleaners. Service was friendly & professional. I'll use them again.

I felt things went very well. The service person was here a little late, but that was OK as I had nothing else to take care of that day. He had all his equipment with him and got right to work. It didn't take as long as I expected, and the person cleaned things up well, and he left.

I was moving out of a 1 bedroom apartment and I wanted to
have the carpets clean so that I could get all of my deposit back.  I called to make an appointment and to my surprise
I got one right away for the next afternoon. The owner himself came out to do
the work, he did the bedroom, walk in closet, hall and living room. He was very
nice and on time and did a thorough walk thru with me, so that I could point
out any areas that I wanted him to look at more tentatively. There were a few
spots on the carpet that were really bad. So he pretreated them to loosen up
the stains. It took him about an hour to finish the work. I must say, I was
impressed with how clean it looked and the stains gone. The carpet did not feel
soaked with water just a bit moist. My complex manager was around and he took a
look at the carpet. He too was impressed with how clean the carpet looked. He
even asked for a business card to use down the road. I will most defiantly be
using Mitchell?s ChemDry again and I recommended him to my family.  Also, I received back all of my deposit for
my apartment, so I am very happy.

I called Mitchell's Chem Dry the night before, and I was really surprised that the owner answered the phone. I had a renter moving in soon, so he was able to schedule me for the morning. I was so thankful to get such a quick appointment. He told me it would take an hour, so I asked if he would come at 7:00 am.  I wanted to get it done before I had to get to work. He was very accommodating and agreed. He said he would move all the furniture, and that the carpets would be dry in 2-3 hours because their equipment uses 1/3 of the water of other carpet cleaners. 
He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I Ieft him alone, so I could get ready for work. He finished early, and the carpet looked like new. I left for work, and when I got home I took a closer look at the carpet. I was amazed how clean it was and how soft it felt. There were stains by the bathroom from a leak, and they were completely gone. He even cleaned the carpet inside the closet.

I called to get information about their company and discussed in detail with the owner (the cleaning is done by him and a long time friend) that I had white carpets and problems with stains reappearing shortly after cleanings.  I expressed that past cleanings from other companies had left my carpets so saturated that they came back with fans to dry them.  He explained the Chem-dry process and I booked an appointment.  They arrived 30 minutes early, which was great.  I showed them the carpets that I wanted cleaned.  They pretreated the stains, started at the back of the house working their way toward the front door.  They not only cleaned the carpets but also cleaned at the base boards. After 1.5 hours the owner was still not satisfied that some stains were still visible.  They spot cleaned some and even brought in a buffer in an attempt to remove them all.  The owner was intent on removing every stain that could be removed.
 
Both gentlemen were professional and very friendly.
