I interviewed 10 RE agents from a million dollar circle one (high pressure & d/n care if we were in the right place) to a newbie ( who was flailing and a bit lazy). We went out with me driving because I like to drive, and I am a fairly good one. He sent me reports, and kept in contact 3-5 days per week. Luckily I was looking in the late fall when it was slow - so I had alot of his attention even though he had a couple other people he was working with. We started looking for a duplex because of a 1040 exchange, then switched to a townhome. I knew that being OK with him taking other calls while I was with him would allow him to spend more time with me (I found this out thru working w/another agent). He sat down with me in front of his computer. Mehdi was straight forward and honest and reliable to the n-th degree. He was positive and wise - never pulled any head-games. Gave us all the information I requested. Thorough, Patient. Reliable. Hi tech. Persistent. Excellent!
