The installer was superb! Three weeks ago the replace the carpet in master bedroom and family room. the kept in constant contact with me. They had to reschedule one appointment. They gave me the status along the way.

They did a good job. They had knowledgeable sales people and they helped me pick out a better product than I had wanted to go with initially based on a referral from a friend. The pricing was ok and I felt pretty good about the entire experience.
