It was an outstanding service. I have been with this company for over 20 years. Dr. Ueno was the most caring, thoughtful and qualified doctor that I have ever been gone too. He was an outstanding doctor.

It went good. He always seems to know what do, so I'm very grateful. They treat the animals well. I think it goes from top to bottom. They've got good people in there. They are caring, good, people. I've been to him since I've first got my puppies. I've never gone anywhere else, well I have, because was trying to resolve an eye issue. I would never go to anyone else just for my regular doctor for my guys.

We go to Dr. Ueno. I have been going there for 16 years, and my oldest pooch will be 17 in December.

That was my first time there because I got recommended by another friend. They are very professional and the wait time was very short because I had made an appointment. The doctor was very nice. She asked some good questions and answered my questions about my puppy.

I have 3 puppies and he took care of all of them and I cannot sing his praises any higher. He is so professional, so thorough, so caring, so responsive. There were times when your doctor would make house calls, he does everything but do that. Either you could have a problem and he could be out say, in the evening or something and if you call, he will call you back. He is outstanding and this is years and years of experience with him. If you have an animal, that is the doctor you wanna take them to. And I think anybody that has him for a vet, I will also guarantee that they would feel the same way. I just can't imagine anyone not liking this doctor.

I've been going to Kirkwood Animal Hospital for over 25 years now. Most of that time my dogs have seen Dr. Ueno who is a fantastic, caring vet. His staff is also excellent. Even though I've moved a couple of times and there are vets closer to where I live, I'll always make the drive here.

I've gone to them for years and years. They're very good. They got a great deal of knowledge and have good veterinarians.

I was very impressed with their professionalism. They answered all my questions well and had a lot of patience. We always have good results and I can tell my dog loves the vet.

I have been taking my pets to Kirkwood Animal Hospital for over 30 years and have nothing negative to say about the service or the staff. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes 5 years ago and I have been extremely grateful to Dr. Ueno for showing such dedication and compassion with his ongoing treatment. I have to purchase insulin and supplies regularly and the staff is wonderful each and every time I visit. I would absolutely recommend Kirkwood Animal Hospital.

Dr. Ueno is a great guy and a skilled vet. I have never had an issue with him and he loves pets. Kirkwood Animal Hospital isn't very close to me but I will continue to go there.

My dog ended up being okay. I see Dr. Yueno and he is excellent. I think he is very caring and professional. They were able to see me immediately, in this situation. I have been using them for awhile and love them. They also see cats. I think the price is comparable to other places.

Dr. Ueno is a very skilled Veterinarian and he has developed his own techniques over the years as well as still brushing up on they new technology going on today. He can diagnose exactly what is wrong with your pet in a heart beat. He is Fabulous!!

Dr. Ueno was outstanding. I spent an enormous amount of money trying to save my puppy but it was worth every single cent. I have a another puppy that I will be taking there in about a month.

We have used this vet for some time now and have never had any complaints. They know what they are doing and they keep the dog in good shape. We are fortunate that we have never had an emergency with her, but I am certain they are just as good in that situation.

The doctors at this hospital are wonderful. The staff that works there give excellent care. They always do a wonderful job. We have been using them for 8 years & we have never had any problems. I have been happy with the quality of service & the professionalism of the staff. I would use them again.

THE VETERINARIAN & THE STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON, WHAT THEIR FINDINGS ARE, & WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. THEY LIKE TO FOLLOW UP ON THEIR PATIENTS & MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE RECOVERING SATISFACTORILY.

It is a very clean company as they have a very inviting environment. The people working there are very pleasant. The animals are treated very well. I have enjoyed my past experiences with them. The Doctor, Dr. Owno, treats the animals very well. He is gentle with them, and he has a great love for animals. I only use him. I don't have any pets as of now, but if I did I would take them to him again.
