The soler system seams to be working fine. My issues are as mentioned in other reviews are the lack of phone comunication . I had to pick up cigarette butts from all over my yard and trash left at the curb. I had asked them to explain how the system worked and the tech said he would try and come by when i came home from work but never showed up?? The new pump that was installed was defecteve and they replaced it right away. On the startup service for the pool they charged me 325.00 and came 3 times but 1 of those times was to replace the defective pump

They are really knowledgeable about all the pool equipment. They are very efficient and come right away. They also know what they are doing. They are competitively priced too.

We have a pool that is 23 years old. It had been repaired by so many different people, that nothing worked well. We called Ken because we had such a positive experience with our solar installation. He explained to us all of the problems and why nothing worked well. He recommended replacing everything but the heater, upgrading the pumps and filter to new models. His son, Andy, installed the new equipment within two days, marked everything in black ink so we knew all the inputs and outputs and explained how to work the new equipment. With the new filter, we can easily clean it ourselves instead of having our pool maintenance service do it (for $125 about twice per year!).

This company did exactly what they said they would do. There were two people doing the work and it took about 2 days. The workers were very nice and they explained everything to me.

They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They were very bad. They broke our sprinkler system and did a very lousy job. The people are nice though.

THE CREW WHO SERVICES OUR POOL AND SPA HAS ALWAYS BEEN PLEASANT AND COMPETENT. WHEN I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT GENERAL MAINTENANCE, I HAVE BETTER LUCK CALLING AND RECEIVING A RETURN PHONE CALL TO ANSWER MY SPECIFIC QUESTION, BECAUSE SOME OF THE CLEANERS DO NOT HAVE INDIVIDUAL EXPERTISE FOR MY SYSTEM - THOUGH THEY ALL CLEAN THE POOL AND SPA NICELY.

They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They were very bad. They broke our sprinkler system and did not try and repair it. We had to get a separate company to do that. They just did and all around lousy job. The people are nice though.

SOLAR PANELS HAVE LEAKED FROM DAY ONE, NOW THEY DO NOT EVEN WORK. THEY CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM, AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS THE PROBLEM WAS BACK AGAIN. TILL OUR WARRANTY RAN OUT
