Valerie Evans is an amazing mortgage broker. It is obvious that she really understands the mortgage industry very well and also is extremely efficient and hands-on. She is very accessible so that you are confident about what is going on every step of the way. Also she keeps an eye out for rate changes and even will advise you when it's a good time to re-finance. We have worked with other mortgage brokers in the past, and she is by far the best one that we have run into.
