Dear Member, We appreciate clients writing reviews about the services we have performed. Honestly we were not expecting this review from you, and I will explain why. Before I started your project I presented to you what it will cost. I asked you twice if you wanted to call back the other two electricians that on two different visits have charged you low price but left you with a life safety hazard. But you told me verbatim “Edward, I can not get hold of them and honestly I don’t want them to this work, lets do it the proper way and make sure it is done correctly” So, we proceeded with the repair and at the end you were very thankful. Then you have called several average electricians and over the phone gave a vague simplified version of description of the completed task and expected to get a price that was comparable to our service. Here are some reasons why you have received low prices. 1. Your description of the task was not accurate. 2. The other “average” electricians can not compete with our level of service or warranty. 3. They gave you an “ESTIMATE” only based on your vague description and without seeing the work, then will raise the price after the job is completed. 4. Even if they did come out, they could not have seen what had been involved because the project was done already. 5. We pay our people well and do look forward to a long lasting relationships with all of our clients. That is why we have been in business for 15 years. When I was there I noticed how gentle and caring you were with your client’s dog. And I am sure you do charge a premium for your services, because you give good value, Will it be fair if a client writes an ugly review because an unqualified person does a similar service as yours but without the love and the care and charges less than you do? I am sure you will agree that it won’t be fair. We appreciate you removing this unfair negative review. Thank you for your comments. I did email you a proposal and since I did not get a reply, I just assumed you were not interested and/or the price was not in your budget and you had found cheaper installer. As far as your comments on responsiveness, promptness, professionalism, I believe i deserve a better grade than F. Because I showed up 5 minutes earlier than our appointment, to respect you & your family I wore my shoe covers before entering your home and I conducted a professional meeting providing you solutions for your project. Dear [member name removed], If my memory serves me correctly, I did get a call from you and I listened to your message several times to try to make out what the last two last numbers of your phone number were. But unfortunately because of fast speaking paste or a bad connection I was not able to make out the numbers. Hence, I was not able to call you back. It happens once in a while that the clients either leave their phone number very fast and/or it is a bad connection and I can not make out the phone number.
