+ -1 moreMy first impression of Mike Pennington was that he was an excellent listener. He listened to me describe the renovations I wanted and then he designed a plan to achieve them. Mike provided me with the details of the steps the project would go through in order to meet my goals. His suggestions added quality to the project. All home have quirks that are uncovered along the way, and our house was no exception. Mike took these surprises in stride and did the additional work needed. He takes responsibility for his work and the work of his employees and completed our project to hight standards. We are pleased with the result and would use DeAnza again.
Description of Work: Remove and replace siding on house and shed. Install new construction windows in the house. Repair stucco on house. Repair damaged wood in preparation for painting.
