Pretty good, but they hire sub-contractors to do most of the work. The sub-contractors are good. Price was a bit too much.

SALESMAN RAE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO REACH BY PHONE. RAE PERSONALLY CAME TO THE HOUSE TO MEASURE AND GAVE INFO ABOUT INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES. INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. PRICE WAS REASONABLE COMPARED TO COMPETITORS. QUALITY OF CARPET WAS GOOD.
