Cornerstone Home Surface Renewal - Unlicensed Contractor

James (the owner of Cornerstone) called me bright and early Saturday morning and we set up a time where he could come out and give me an estimate early Monday morning. He came to the house Monday morning as promised and was able to do the work then as well. He did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! Floors have never looked so good. He did such a good job that I called him back later that day to see if he could come in on Tuesday to also clean and seal three other rooms. He was there as promised Tuesday and cleaned the grout, tile and then sealed all. I will keep his contact information as my wife and I have now found our go-to tile and grout person. Jim M.

James stripped my floors and put a sealer on. There was a problem (my fault) but he stuck with it and did a wonderful job. He has a positive attitude and a true professional work ethic. I would hire him again.

He did a good job. The only reason I am giving less than a 5 on service is that he was 2 hours late but that was just because he is so busy.

James, Mike and Chris did an amazing job cleaning our horrible walk-in, floor to ceiling tiled shower which was stained with hard water deposits and mildew. It now looks just like brand new. They were very nice and considerate and went above and beyond our expectations. Great job!

James called immediately and was able to come the same day to clean some very dirty tile. I did some additional work on the house after James came, removing some vinyl tile, and James came back the very next week to clean that also! Professional, excellent work, extremely polite and friendly. Great work done - and an enjoyable experience! HIGHLY recommend him.
