They did a very good job. There was probably 4 people that came out to do the work. It took about a week to complete the job. They cleaned up very well.

I'm not going to get into all the frustrations of this project, but I must alert people on my nightmare experience. It was extremely frustrating, and very expensive. The owner of the company, Jeff, has some good people working for him, but I found him to be greatly lacking in integrity to his work. Beware...Jeff is a charmer but he isn't very charming when you realize his agenda, Here's a brief list of some of the events that I objected to :
First and foremost he kept trying to cut materials and add on to price, and at the end..in the final day's he told me they forgot to charge for the side concrete and I owed him another $7000, also $700 to attach (make operable) some flowerpot drips they'd installed).
They were months beyond the completion date, and made no attempt to catch up, or even keep me abreast of the schedule. It was not because of weather...they went off to other, more lucrative jobs, failed to order materials in several instances, and didn't have workers scheduled. They also have work weeks that are 4 days and sometimes 3...not conducive to seeing a completion!
I became the primary foreman, calling and recalling to get even the obvious done, sourcing materials and picking things up in an attempt to get through the process. If I'd waited for them to get to things I'd probably have had dirt another few months.
On the concrete days, although they already knew there were large job controversies in approach between the concrete man and Jeff , Jeff chose to leave the area for golf, and send no one to oversee the work. I ended up in the middle of a very bad scene, and then Jeff arrived afterward to have a big argument here, at my home, with the man ... only creating more tension and showing the lack of professionallism
Quality of plant materials was terrible and Jeff's response was that they'd look better in 2-3 years. ( I refused 75% of what was delivered...note: he also reduced many 5 gallons to 1 gallons ) He cut corners where ever he could, but didn't cut my price.
Concrete forms were laid 6 days before work planned making my side and back totally inaccessible, and my driveway was left with a mountain of dirt for over a week twice because they "had no one working to pick it up" ! This was dangerous, inconvenient....and very unnecessary. They didn't tarp it when it rained the final days, so it filled the street with mud .
And the facts of this tale go on and on....none of them getting any brighter....I have an irrigation system that doesn't water many of the areas, and I can't tell you if the prewired electrical works yet ..I havent' had the nerve to get lights and try it...I don't want to get angry about anything else back there.
My yard looks lovely now, but that's because of my own actions. I refused 75% the plant materials , tended to many things myself, and Confidence had a very nice, conscientious man named Romero, doing the planting who was a big assist.
When I called their references I heard basically good things. One woman warned me of the money gouging, but I brought it to his attention at the start. He later told me they monitor the people they have on their list and control it tightly That tells me that the lady who mentioned money to me probably isn't getting called anymore. I have since talked to many people in the industry who have less than respectful things to say about Confidence.
What I have to say about my experience is that it should never have happened, and I hope it doesn't happen to you.

10 out of 10. Great design, very prompt, and finished ahead of schedule and on budget. They are more detail focused about my yard than I am, and very proactive.

My experiences with this company is always great. I have used them several times to landscape my yard in the past. They have wonderful employees working for them and they all have excellent skills. I have had them come out several times and they always make my lawn look wonderful.
