Fantastic. They had the carpet in their warehouse within 2 weeks. They came and installed it the day i needed it in. The 2 installers were great. It turned out perfect.
Description of Work: I had new carpet installed in my office (1300 sqft). We had multiple quotes. We also had a pretty specific request ie carpet padding under a glued in installation. Many of the other companies said that it was not possible. One did but their quote came in at $6500. Of all the quotes Classic was the lowest and they were able to offer a carpet with pad attached that for some reason the others did not have or did not choose to offer it too us. The group quoting $6500 were going to first glue the pad and then glue the carpet on top. As with most things you get what you pay for but i could not see the quality being twice as muche to justify paying $6500. Classic also agreed to install laminate for free in the small kitchen area! "Doc" the salesman was super cool, not pusher and really knew the product we needed.
