I just remodeled the bathroom and I needed the plumbing hooked up and he showed me an estimate at about $400 and he ended up charging me $800. So he changed the estimate at the very end of the service. It took him hours to do that and it shouldn't have taken more than an hour. He was punctual. I've tried to resolve it and I can't even get a callback from these people. I left several messages and no one even called me back.

It was expensive, but Benjamin Franklin was under the other bids. They were very pleasant to deal with, from the superviser to the workers. I couldn't have had a better experience. They were very considerate and I really appreciated that. Even though they didn't need to do so, they re-piped under my house with more modern piping. I got a lot more than I had orginally bargained for.
