Requested quote Saturday and got quick and estimate via text after sending some pictures describing the location of the tree. The crew arrived at 8am the following day and performed the work in about 90 minutes, including cleanup.

I called Chris about an Angie's List special offer for 5 hours of work, 4 people. I needed a big tree pruned and trimmed, plus a couple of other trees trimmed. He responded very quickly and his crew was scheduled for a few days later. They arrived on time, did the job - they finished in 4 hours and I had to do some convincing to get them to do some more trimming on another tree, even though they still owed me an hour of work. They were very careful with landscaping (no plants were broken or destroyed) and left the site very clean.

His crew knocked down a small young bay tree in the process that hit our house but did no damage. Their truck left an oil stain on our driveway. The wood dust was not properly cleaned on our property or on top of our roof. They knocked over 2 exterior light fixtures and left them on the ground. The owner asked my for an even $2200($20) more after the service was completed. He didn't offer the $40 credit as per angies list coupon.

I bought the $99. special for an arborist to come out and inspect a 100 year old oak tree. With all the rain, we needed to make sure it would be safe and not come crashing down. I called and Chris said he was going to be in the area and would be able to come out that same day! I asked him to text me when he was about 10 minutes away and he did. He came out and inspected the tree, gave verbal recommendations of what to trim/cut and said he would email the estimate to me. About a week later I received the email with all the information I asked him to provide. A few weeks later I emailed him with what I wanted done. Texting back and forth, we set up a day the following week when he could do the work. I texted Chris the day before to get the time he'd be there, but he needed to postpone it to later that week. (FYI...I was not in a hurry and didn't have any time constraints, so whatever worked for him was fine with me.) It ended up raining on the day we rescheduled to, and understandably had to be postponed for safety reasons. We rescheduled for early the following week and the work was done. They did a GREAT job! It was exactly what I wanted done and they took everything away with NO mess left behind! With the $99. special, I also got a portion of the cost credited since I had them do the work.

Fair. I paid for a 1 hour evaluation but I got about 30 minutes and a report. However, I was still satisfied with the conclusion in the report.

Chris and I met to discuss the project. I told him that under no circumstances could anything fall on my roof. Chris understood this requirement and sent two, very experienced professionals to tackle this job. These guys are pros. They were very respectful of my property and requests. They did a fantastic job. Not a single branch or limb fell on the roof. In fact, only saw dust ever touched the roof doing the removal. They proceeded to grind the stump and clean up after they were done. I am extremely happy with their service and quality of work. I would recommend Chris and his company to anyone that had any delicate tree removal challenges.

They did good work and were punctual, polite, professional, and cleaned up very well after the work was done.

CHris did an excellent job of trimming the tree. In addition, He cleaned up the trimmings. I could not tell that he had been there except for the trimmed tree.

We called Bellizzi Trees because we had a dead Alder tree .  The tree was about 100 ft tall and it had to come down before winter.   The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and fast.  It was a two day job and the crew came on time both days. They were friendly  and professional. The tree was very tall and had it's challenges. They cut the tree cleaned up very well and left us smiling.

We would recommend Bellizzi Tree Service to anyone.  They are the best and most reasonable.

They were great. I used them multiple times. They were good. The guy was super nice and did a good job. He was very professional. If I still lived in San Jose, I will absolutely use them again.

It has been quite a long time ago. The work he did was more than adequate. He's a good worker. We appreciate what we did for us. The price was right in there with the others. It was a fair price.

Bellizi Tree Service has been taking care of our 13 trees since 2007. They do great work - whether it is an emergency, yearly maintenance, removing diseased trees or cleaning up a giant limb fall. The picture attached is Chris 2 hours after a tree limb feel on our house. He was there to make sure everything was safe. Once he determined we were safe he sent his crew the next day and 7:30am. Our last service with him was during our remodel in 2015-2016. He came to the house to see what was happening with the construction and how the front porch, entry and path to the house were being changed. He made recommendations for a couple of our big trees nearest the house. He needed to act quickly to stay out of the way of the construction team and he fully accommodated our needs on a tight schedule. Chris Bellizzi and team are always prompt, courteous, professional, and take excellent care of the trees and clean up after the job. His team has a wonderful eye for shaping big trees and keeping the power lines clear. He always prepares an estimate ahead of time and sticks by it. You can get a lower price from someone else but you will not get a better job. He cares about the health of environment and health and happiness of children through non-profit work. Chris is responsive to phone and email, checks in regularly, does great job with an awesome attitude, and is genuinely a nice guy. He continues to be the company we call for our trees and highly recommend him to anyone one who asks.

I will use Bellizzi again. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Everything Chris said he would do, he did. Very satisfied.

I used Chris's services a few times. Last time I called him to trim an overgrown Cyprus tree in my rental property. It turned that Chris and his team trimmed bunch of trees on my backyard. He gave me his recommendations regarding condition of my yard, price, that was very reasonable, and I decided to proceed with the recommended work. Everything was done withing couple of hours. The team cleaned my backyard after they finished. Chris never rushed or pushed me to do unnecessary job. Great work, great price. Will definitely work with him next time, and will recommend him to all my friends.

I have a large Eucalyptus that I had Chris and his crew did several years go. He climbed himself 100 ft with block and tackle to trim this tree for over a day. he has ye left and cleaned up great and I was very happy. Over the following years I had a few other services do a trim while doing other work on my property and ended up being disappointed in both the higher price and worse work. The last time I called him back. I told him what he did last time and how happy I was. He told me that he has become big with a few crews and contracts with the city of Cupertino. He assigned a crew of his to come back and do the work. Well -- When the boss is gone -- they left doing 1/2 the job he did before and left debris all over the driveway. The big problem occurred in when I called and talked to Chris, he told me that he discussed the job with his crew leader and to me that he said the job was done correctly. Not even going to inspect it himself. Chris told me that since what I paid ten years earlier prices had increased and if I wanted a full trim job, it would be much more than what he quoted. At the time he quoted, he never mentioned doing 1/2 job or full job and wanted to charge me close to what he did originally because I was a "repeat" customer. Well not anymore.

It went fine.

They did a very nice job, they did exactly what I needed, and they did what they said they would do. I was pleased with the cost of the work and it was professionally done.
