They are fabulous. They are very responsible and will follow up. The spray that they use is fine for so my dog can go outside right after they spray. They have competitive rates. They are very professional and friendly. Their office staff is is also friendly. I've been using them for about 10 years and have had no complaints. I highly recommend them.

Cliff shows up right on time, and gets right to work. He is respectful, personable and knowledgeable. It took several visits to our home, since the problem was so widespread, and the traps were set until we were sure that there were no more rats. Bay-Valley doesn't give up till the problem is solved, and they really know what they are doing.

I would rate them high overall. Their price is reasonable.

Extremely professional and helpful......every step fully explained. I learned a great deal about European rat mites (I had thought we had bed bugs) and am happy to say that the problem is solved......no more bites!!!

The woman answering the phone on the morning we called, said they had someone in the area, he arrived within an hour, sprayed the foundation vent where the wasps were entering under our house. Wasps began dying immediately! Todd stated that this powder should kill the wasps as they pass through the screen, but to be sure, he promised to return the next day with his boss - the owner. They returned as promised, applied more powder, gave a 30 day guarantee.

Price was discounted from $136 down to $122 for the first application. Ongoing contract rate is $84 every two months which was equal to or lower than the competition whom I researched at the time. Todd was the technician and was early for the appointment and very professional (called prior to coming out to seeif he could comeeven earlier). Knowledgeable in all aspects of his job requeirments and actually had much higher licensing credientials than required. Explained what he was going to do and why, and discussed what and what he was doing as he performed the actual spraying and applied the materials needed to control other pests as well (ants, etc.). He also confirmed that if the pests returned prior to teh next visit (in two months), to simply give them a call and they woudl come out againat no charge. The office staff was very nice as well, efficient, and courteous. Returned my initial call the same day and followed up to see how things went on the first visit. Everything went as expected with no surprises!

I found a wasp inside my home, so called Bay-Valley in case they were building nests under our eaves as they have previously. I spoke with Rosemary, who was professional and courteous; she got someone to come out that day per my request. Technician Jeff actually showed up slightly earlier than promised. Friendly, polite, and informative, he got the wasp out of the house and took care of others outside as well. I'd definitely call them again.

They are a locally owned company and have been working for us for several years. They are always on time and send a card ahead of schedule to let us know when the service will be performed. Their work is excellent.

After getting the rugs steamed and fruitless attempts with OTC sprays I called the professionals. My cat and I were beyond redemption with hundreds of bites. About 2 weeks after the treatment we no longer appear to have any fleas or spiders. I signed up for two more visits just in case more sneak out of their lairs or webs. I didn't want a row of Frontline treatments on my back as my husband said I needed a vet!

Very well. He arrived on time, was very polite, wore shoe covers when he came into the house. Checked for the previous mouse problem-all was well. Went outdoors and sprayed for spiders and ants. My cat really likes this guy.

I found out about this business in the yellow pages. I did have good luck with this company, as the rats on the outside of my home are gone. I have used their services for a couple months now. The work that they performed was done in August of this year.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND WILL COME BACK TO DO THE JOB OVER WHEN THEY NEED TO. THEY ALSO LEAVE ME ANT TRAPS, SO THE ANTS CARRY THE POISON BACK TO THE NESTS TO KILL OFF THE LARVAE. OUR TERRIBLE ANT INVASION HAS BEEN STOPPED!
