Steve is friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a very good quote and the work was done with high quality. Steve worked with me patiently during the hardware selection process, and answer many of my questions. They went above and beyond. For example, during the installation process, the water shutoff valve broke. To be honest, it was probably broken long before they came, it's just no one has tried to turn that valve for many years. But they replace that valve for free for me. I'm very impressed with their work and service. I will definitely hire them for any plumbing work in the future.

Work was done very cleanly and professionally. At the end of each day I was never without plumbing and the workers were very meticulous at being clean. Communication was also good.

Diagnosed and solved the problem with our drain quickly. The job turned out to be big and expensive. Initially underestimated and had to raise the price, but explained the situation well.

Steve had experience with the water softener system we wanted to install in my home, in fact he fully recommended it as well. His team was able to set it up within a few hours and it has been working well since then. He also took his time to explain all the things his team was doing, which is something we appreciate a lot. We even pointed out a disconnected water recirculator in our garage which we were able to reconnect.

Sent out a request for quote through Home Advisor at ~9:00AM on a Tuesday. Problem was a clogged kitchen sink pipe along with a p-trap leak. Issue was fully resolved by ~5:00PM the same day. Reasonable price (less than 1/2 of first company that showed up), quick, friendly, excellent service & support. Plumber politely followed all social distancing protocol (shoe covers, face mask, maintained distance, etc.). Follow-up on phone & EMail by Steve. I recommend A&W Plumbing and they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Outstanding! Our main water line broke. Steve was able to assess the problem within the hour and had his crew here to replace the line same day. Originally thought we would need to take out some aggregate, but he did the job with no mess to the yard and at a very competitive price. Amazing to get such help so close to Christmas.

Steve was a great communicator about how to address the leak at our main water line in front of our house. He responded quickly to the inquiry, followed up and gave me a good overview of the proposed work and estimated cost. The work was done within 24hrs and payment was easy.

Steve was the first to respond to my job request on 12/10/19, and he was able to schedule Israel to come on 12/11/19. Israel was able to cut and cap an old gas line in no time. Steve and Israel were both very helpful in getting the job done.
