I am very pleased with the service and equipment provided by Allstar. I had them do the installation of the sensors while I was having new windows installed, as this made it easier to completely hide the sensors and wiring. So, they had to come on the days that the window installers were here and work together. The alarm guys ended up coming out on four days to get everything done and they made the scheduling easy. They are even coming back again when the window guys come out to make some repairs in a few weeks, without additional charge. They were friendly and accommodating when it came to dealing with our two young girls and indoor cats. I think that the relatively small size of the company allows them to be more flexible than the big guys--I definitely would call them again if I moved into another place needing a security system.
