Landscaping
Started great, but quality of work declined over time. Drip irrigation system was not well maintained, and many plants died over the winter from lack of water. Promised to replace the plants but never did. Frequently out-of-sync on sprinkler programming, resulting in very high water bills. In general, showed up on time and the workers were pleasant. Poor responsiveness to reported problems.

I would hire them again in a minute. They showed up every time they said they would. The workers were very polite and pleasant to have around. This was a difficult job, all the materials had to come throughout the house, they cleaned up after themselves. These guys worked so hard, they were digging trenches during the terrible heat wave we had, my weather station registered 114 degrees, and they never stopped working. I was very pleased with the work. We will use them again.
