Contracted to complete in 11 months, total completion time 20 months. Most if not all the commit dates for different phases were not met when promised and the work completed was barely satisfactory. Only commitment dates they cared about were payment deadlines. When they came in for minor repairs they had to paint a few things and I ended up with paint on my new sofa and new floors. Random dings and dents in counters and appliances that were supposed to be new. Several other issues which would make this review endless. We were promised priority as we had a large project, obviously that was not the case. We let the owner Sheryl know that those delays cut into our pocket book but she did not care. In the end we learned a painful lesson and would not recommend this contractor even for small projects.

Superb, excellent work and craftsmanship. Always on time, clean, very organized. Everyone worked so well together as a team in creating our bathrooms. They can handle any issues that arise and make it all work out. The full scope from beginning to end is laid out in great detail. Its nice to have people working on creating your new rooms who see and think about how everything should look and come together and make suggestions as you go along.

It was exceptional! They were very nice to work with. Every problem that came up was taken care of immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. They were really superb!

Sheryl is great to work with and is very enthusiastic about her job. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but when I needed advise or had questions, she was so helpful in guiding me - showing me options of materials, fixtures, etc. Our project was assigned to Victor who was absolutely great - very professional and a great craftsman. He took the time to explain the phases of the project, consulted with me when there were options to choose and kept me informed on the progress throughout the project. Victor was very meticulous about set up each morning and clean up at the end of the day. Excellent job. Love my new bathrooms! We also ended up replacing all interior doors - we are very pleased and love new completed look!

Advanced Home Improvement did a great job on our bathroom. Mitch (one of the company's owners) came out and gave us both an estimate and a good range of options to consider as part of the remodel. The other owner, Sheryl, came out before work started and after it was completed to ensure that everything was done as we had wanted it. Because of our schedule, we hoped get the work done within a week to ten days of our initial consultation with Mitch, which meant having their crew come out of a weekend on short notice. They made it happen!
The two workers (Ryan and Arnold) who came to do the job were both pleasant and professional and did a great job. We called Arnold back to check on what appeared to be a leak under the sink and he came out quickly and resolved the issue for us.

We had them take it down all the way to the studs, they do kitchens, windows, etc whatever you need. They pulled up the toilet, tile, tub, everything and we started everything new. They did a really good job. They were consistently on time, the same people came, they were all professional and friendly. They cleaned up as they went along every day, if you weren't home you wouldn't even have known they were here. They were easy to work and communicate with, if you weren't home you wouldn't even have known they were here. If we had a questions there was always someone we could call. They were easy to communicate with however there were a couple of questions we had to wait getting answers on. They are very trust worthy and skilled, we are happy with what they did. They weren't the cheapest.
