We switched last winter, when our previous service wasn't showing up reliably. Right away, Geoff suggested a few inexpensive changes (e.g. to filter buckets), which would both keep the pool cleaner during the week and to make cleaning faster.
Fortunato does our weekly service and has been always reliable and thorough. For less routine issues (e.g. heating problems, filters, etc), Geoff proved to be very knowledgeable, and gave excellent suggestions without being pushy. Price-wise, they are competitive - basically, the same price as our previous service, but they do a much better job.
Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive and we would highly recommend his service to other pool owners.
They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with.
Thank you guys, Your the Best!!!
Geoff was prompt, responsive and very reasonably priced. Although initially we were just going to hire someone for a one time cleanup we decided to use A Priority Pool for regular maintenance. Their rates were competitive and Geoff was extremely honest about what serving the pool did and did not require.
Would definitely recommend to others.
