A DARIANO CONSTRUCTION

Contract was signed on 2/14/2014. 80% of project was completed in 120 days. The remaining has taken over one year and is still not finished (today - 9/21/2015). Dariano had issues with subcontractors, especially HVAC - Falcone), that delayed project and led to poor quality work. I've resolved many issues myself, at additional expense, as I am a do-it-yourselfer. Still waiting fior final resolution of project.

Extreamly poor communication and project management. The building plans were designed wrong. I brought this to the attention of the project manager. He said don't worry. Project manager called to say they were going to do a planning walk through. I came home from work to find the house torn up and construction debris all over our clothing, food, furniture etc...to condense a long story of poor workmanship and blatent neglegence, we suffered property damage, I found several code violations, and was able to prove their attempts to trump up the cost of the project by adding plumbing repairs and architechural features that were not needed at all!

After searching our area for a remodeling contractor and trust me doing our homework we decided to go with A.Dariano Construction. Their employees really treated us like family. They guided us through the complete process from the design and planning of addition and remodel. We did not know all of the ins and outs of the process and they made it really easy to understand what needed to be completed prior to starting this project. They started by helping us design exactly what we wanted to achieve which ended up saving us 40% on our building plans. A.Dariano Construction is the real deal when they said they were a Design - Build contractor; we really thought they would bring in a design company that we would also have to end up paying as well, however they brought in their own staff and designed the complete job. After designing our project they gave us our price and assured us that this would be the price from start to finish without going over. The great thing is they help us not have any surprises with our project they built in enough allowances for flooring, windows, fixtures, and more. "There were no surprises at all!!" With room to spare we were actually were able to upgrade lots of little things here and there. When this job was complete they kept us on budget and were done 5 days early.
